Refund policy

I want you to LOVE your order & I'll always do my best to make it right if you have a problem with any items in your order! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items in packages. Once your package reaches the shipping carrier it is up to them to get it to you safely. In the event of a lost, stolen, or broken package.. please contact us and we can help file a claim with either UPS or USPS.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, but I'd be more than happy to help you if there is an issue. Please contact us at hello@minnythrift.com & we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve it!
